Jugend mit einer Mission (JMEM) is the German‐language branch of Youth with a Mission (YWAM), an international and interdenominational movement. It all started in 1960 with Loren Cunningham’s dream of waves of young people going to every continent to help people, to serve and to show the love of God. It has since grown into a worldwide movement with over 18,000 staff serving in more than 1,100 locations. Our organization’s motto is: ‘To know God and to make Him known’ All our work is done according to 18 foundational values. We want to do this through schooling, evangelism and charitable service.
